We teamed up with the beautiful Madeleine Shaw to make some wildly pink Beetroot and Buckwheat Crepes.
Look at that colour! It doesn’t even look real.
Then there was that ridiculously easy Beetroot Risotto, that we gave a Bondi Harvest spin to by using quinoa instead of the traditional arborio rice.
And last but not least, our Roasted Beetroot, Goat’s Cheese and Thyme Dip. It’s perfect to tote along to your next dinner party or BBQ and it tastes pretty great with the chips above.
…our take on the classic potato chip, using beetroot and everyone’s favourite superfood vegetable kale.
Yep, healthy chips actually exist!
