  • 1c raw cashews

  • ½ c coconut flakes

  • 1/2c oats

  • ¼ c golden syrup

  • 2tbsp peanut butter 

  • 2c pitted fresh dates

  • ⅓  c coconut oil

  • 2tbsp peanut butter

  • 1tbsp tahini

  • 1tbsp golden syrup

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3tbsp chocolate chips


    1. Add the first lot of ingredients to robot coup- blend until combined and push into lined tray
    2. Freeze
    3. Add second lot of ingredients to robot coupe-blend until smooth- pour on top of base
    4. Freeze
    5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil over bail marie
    6. Let cool a little, add chocolate chips- pour over caramel
    7. Freeze
    8. Cut into portions and serve from frozen
