How To Make Chai And Vanilla Homemade Almond Milk

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Almond milk is the new soy milk. It’s a delicious dairy-free milk alternative and with it’s popularity sky-rocketing at Guy’s cafe we thought we’d show you how to make up a batch at home.

Pour it over porridge, throw it in your smoothies, whip up a delicious hot chocolate by heating it with a little honey and raw cacao or just drink it cold from a glass.

Use the leftover almond pulp to make a delicious almond meal by laying it out on a tray and dehydrating it in the oven at 60°C/140°F for about 30 minutes, then use it in our Quinoa Porridge. Love food. Hate waste. Yeew!

Bondi Harvest recipes use a conventional fan oven, measuring at Degrees Celsius °C.
