How to make a mango rose (rosette)
- Using a sharp knife cut and remove the cheeks of your mango
- Using a spoon scoop the flesh from the cheeks or slice off the mango cheek skin (refer to video)
- Slice the mango longways into very thin slices
- Gently fan the mango slices into a long wall
- Roll the mango wall back over itself to create a rose
