Usa | Olympic Peninsula Washington

Recently Guy and I went on a trip to Washington State and camped in the Hoh Rainforest on the Olympic peninsula.
We went there to make a video for REI.

We fished salmon out of a glacier fed river, took a short trip to Ruby Beach, and just checked out the awesome far north west coast line – rugged and beautiful.

What we found was a place that was stunningly beautiful, full of forageable food – mushrooms, salmon, pippies and mussels straight off the beach.
We saw Elk (we did not cook Elk). It was awesome. GO THERE!
It’s epic.

Check out the videos to come of the camp cooking we did. And enjoys the pics.
(Shout out to our LA-based mate Dave Harper who came with.)
