In a pot or pan on a medium heat add coconut oil and 4 kernels and cook until corn pops, this is how you know your oil is at the right temperature.
Once your corn has popped and oil is hot, add your remaining kernels, cover with a lid and shake the pan until all your corn has popped. Once all your corn has popped separate your popped corn into four different bowls
Place a pot or pan on a medium heat, add honey and cook for 6-7 minutes until caramelized and golden, add your choice of flavor to the popcorn then top with caramelized honey and enjoy.
Turmeric and Lemon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbs matcha powder
Beetroot & Tabasco
1/2 cup beetroot
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tbs cocoa
1 tbs coco nibs
Simply mix your choice of flavor threw your cooked popped corn and top with caramelized Honey.
