Our Hemp Milk recipe is so simple and quite possibly the healthiest plant-based milk out there! Making it at home lets you dial in the flavor and stay in control of what you put into your body.

It’s very similar to almond milk or nut milk – packed with omega 3s, great for the environment and really sustainable.

Homemade hempseed milk doesn’t contain any additives or chemicals. It’s all natural, body and mind living goodness! Hempseed is an incredibly powerful food, packed with vitamins, minerals and healthy fatty acids is a great product to get into your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hempseeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 date
  • 1 Vanilla bean

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend for 5 minutes until smooth and frothy.

  • Milk is ready! However, if you’d prefer a smoother consistency, pass your milk through a cheesecloth.

  • Then, pour hemp milk into a jar or milk jug and store in the fridge.
