Ingredients
- 1 cup hempseeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 date
- 1 Vanilla bean
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend for 5 minutes until smooth and frothy.
Milk is ready! However, if you’d prefer a smoother consistency, pass your milk through a cheesecloth.
Then, pour hemp milk into a jar or milk jug and store in the fridge.
