garnish with natural yoghurt and coriander
Mix together all your spices, salt, olive oil, and orange zest into a glaze.
Slice the orange into 1 cm discs and lay them in the base or your oven proof pot.
Place the cauliflower on top of the orange slices and spoon glaze over the cauliflower. Making sure the entire cauliflower head is covered.
Cover the pot with a lid or foil and place in the oven at 200C for 20 twenty minutes. Uncover and cook for another twenty minutes.

This has become one of our favorite recipes, especially when we’re a little under the weather. We swear that this recipe actually kicked out our winter germs and got us back on track. I add a little more cayenne for more of a kick and substitute a smoky paprika hummus for the yogurt, which is delicious!
