1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
1/3 of an onion
3 leaves or 2cm lemon myrtle/lemon grass
3cm ginger
4 chilli (birds eye)
5 (stalks) coriander root
2 cloves of garlic
50ml sesame oil
2 tbs coconut oil
3 eschalots



  1. By hand you can combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind to desired consistency or blend briefly in food processor.
