MY PONZU SAUCE HAS TO BE MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE OYSTER AND SEAFOOD DIPPING SAUCE EVER. IT’S BASICALLY A CITRUS SOY SAUCE THAT’S SO SIMPLE TO MAKE AND IS LOADED WITH UMAMI AND CITRUS FLAVOUR!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cups orange juice
- 2 lemons Rind & juice
- 1 tbs water
- 1 1/2 tbs mirin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Instructions
- To make simple ponzu mix aminos, orange, lemon, water, rind, black pepper, sesame seeds and mirin together.
