Perfect Avocado Toast Recipe

Perfect Avocado Toast Recipe

Simple ingredients treated with love!

Why has this simple Aussie breakfast become so well known and loved around the world?

I believe this simple recipe is a fine example of how Aussie chefs approach food, we’re more likely to highlight fresh ingredients and uncomplicated our recipes. It’s the Less is More theory ! with a focus on in-season ingredients the perfect Avocado toast doesn’t come with superfood spices, mushrooms powders, flowers, and bacon powder! It consists of simple real ingredients assembled fresh with the intention of highlighting and paying homage to natural flavours.
