How To Make Roast Beetroot Dip

This dip literally takes 2 minutes to whip up… if you have leftover roasted beetroot.

If you’re starting from scratch, preheat oven to 200°C, wrap beets in foil and roast for about 1 hour or until tender.

This dip is a real crowd pleaser. Take it to your next dinner party or BBQ. But when everyone starts begging for the recipe, send them our way will ya?

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized beetroots Roasted
  • 100g goats cheese or ricotta
  • 5 sprigs thyme
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 3 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic roasted
