How To Make Pho
How to make Pho the Bondi Harvest way, quick, easy and super healthy using homemade Bondi broth as the base.

- 500ml bone broth
- 2 cm (1″) ginger
- 150g beef fillet, finely sliced
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1/3 cup bean sprouts
- 1 lime
- fish sauce to taste
- Place bone broth in a pot and bring to the simmer and reduce by 1/3, add fish sauce to taste
- Make a salad with fresh herbs, sliced ginger and bean sprouts
- Place salad, noodles, beef in to a bowl then poor soup over the top, serve with wedges of lime and enjoy
