How to make Pho the Bondi Harvest way, quick, easy and super healthy using homemade Bondi broth as the base.


  • 500ml bone broth
  • 2 cm (1″) ginger
  • 150g beef fillet, finely sliced
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/3 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lime
  • fish sauce to taste


  • Place bone broth in a pot and bring to the simmer and reduce by 1/3, add fish sauce to taste
  • Make a salad with fresh herbs, sliced ginger and bean sprouts
  • Place salad, noodles, beef in to a bowl then poor soup over the top, serve with wedges of lime and enjoy
