How To Make Mocha Energy Balls

  • 90ml espresso coffee
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Blend dates and espresso in a blender until a paste forms.
  • Combine with almond meal, cocoa and protein.
  • Roll mixture into balls and then roll them in chia seeds.
