How To Make Mocha Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 90ml espresso coffee
- 10 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend dates and espresso in a blender until a paste forms.
- Combine with almond meal, cocoa and protein.
- Roll mixture into balls and then roll them in chia seeds.
