How To Make Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 100ml olive oil
  • smoked paprika

  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Add chickpeas, garlic, tahini and juice to a food processor. Process, slowly adding olive oil. Add zest. Process until smooth.
  • To serve, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds.
