How To Make Hummus
SHARE THIS RECIPE!
- 1 cup of Cooked Chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 100ml olive oil
- sesame seeds
- Add chickpeas, garlic, tahini and juice to a food processor. Process, slowly adding olive oil. Add zest. Process until smooth.
- To serve, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds.
