How To Make Healthy Avocado Smoothie

This is Guy’s regular go-to morning smoothie. It’s quick and easy, dairy and sugar-free, plus it’s packed full of nutrients that will keep you full and give you energy for the day. All that and it’s tasty too!

If you’ve never tried avocado in a smoothie before – prepare to have your mind blown. It makes it thick and creamy and oh so delicious. Enjoy!
