We use quite a bit of chilli in this recipe so make sure you adjust it to your chilli tolerance levels. The hottest part of the chilli is in the membrane (the white bit) and the seeds, so if you’re not keen to blow off your face from the heat, then it might be worth removing them first… or not if you’re in to that kinda thing.
