How To Make A Simple Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/3 of an onion
  • 3 leaves or 2cm lemon myrtle/lemon grass
  • 3cm ginger
  • 4 chilli (birds eye)
  • 5 (stalks) coriander root
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50ml sesame oil
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 3 eschalots

Instructions

  • By hand you can combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind to desired consistency or blend briefly in food processor.
