How To Make A Simple Green Curry Paste

- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/3 of an onion
- 3 leaves or 2cm lemon myrtle/lemon grass
- 3cm ginger
- 4 chilli (birds eye)
- 5 (stalks) coriander root
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50ml sesame oil
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 3 eschalots
- By hand you can combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind to desired consistency or blend briefly in food processor.
