Protein powders can be a great way to supplement your daily diet. Unfortunately, many store-bought supplements are packed with nasty preservatives that are high in sugar and that in the long term can do more harm than good. So I thought I’d share with you my five favorite homemade, healthy, vegetarian protein powders. Make them at home and be in complete control of what you put into your body. Store your protein powders in an airtight container until you’re ready to use them. all you have to do is add a few tablespoons to your favorite smoothie, frozen breakfast bowl or raw dessert recipe.
