How To Make Healthy Champagne Melon fruit bowl – Guy’s Champagne Melon fruit bowl recipe is a great way to turn the humble fruit salad into something really special and impressive, that can be enjoyed for both breakfast and dessert.

This recipe is perfect for when the summer temperatures climb. It’s refreshing healthy and super easy to make. Plus there’s a ton of nutrition going on in this salad – packed with antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

tip: If you make a larger batch of Champagne Melon fruit bowl recipe and there are leftovers, you can make an instant smoothie by placing it all in the blender and blending until smooth.


  • 1 water melon cut in half
  • 1 nectarine cut in half
  • 1 banana
  • Jansz sparkling rose
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 5 fresh mint leaves


  • Using a melon baller, ball out one half of a small watermelon, leaving the melon skin untouched to create a bowl. continue to ball remaining fruit until there’s none left.
  • Transfer your fruit balls into a bowl then cover generously with Jansz sparkling rose, let sit for 5 minutes to marinate.
  • Transfer fruit back into your melon bowl, garnish with fresh granola, hemp seeds and mint and enjoy.
