Roast Pumpkin

Hollow it out, stuff it and bake it just like you would a turkey or whole chicken and you’ll be blown away with the flavour and how good you feel after eating it. caramelised on the outside with a sweet and crunchy centre this is my goto Christmas dinner.

Three grain hipster salad

Oh yeah! This salad is about as hipster as they come, the only thing it’s missing is a well groomed beard and a pair of burgundy chinos.

Serve it with a piece of crispy skinned salmon for extra protein or turn it into a brekkie bowl by serving with some Poached Eggs.

This dish is so freaking tasty Guy’s put it on the menu at his North Bondi cafe Depot, so if you’re in the hood pop in and try before you buy (or make). Yeew!

Today I cooked the coconut milk braised chicken. I slow cooked it for hours. Then deboned and shred the chicken for my kids, blended the liquid into a silky sauce like soup…. frankly they could not have enough of it? I added culantro (instead of thyme) and Thai basil in the braising liquid as well, it works! This recipe is a keeper? Thanks❤️
