Travel Training For Hotel Rooms

Everyone loves to travel, but sometimes despite our best intentions (or even with our worst!), fitness and strength can fall by the wayside, often in favour of too much food and booze.

I always encourage a balanced lifestyle and firmly believe that you have to have some yin with your yang however that doesn’t mean that you need to blow everything on your time off!

Here’s a simple workout that you can do anytime anywhere and you don’t need any equipment except your own body…

PERFORM EACH ACTIVITY FLAT-OUT FOR 15 SECONDS ONLY, THEN REST FOR 15 SECONDS AFTER EACH ACTIVITY.

  1. Pushups
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. 1/2 Burpees*
  4. Running on the spot
  5. Squats
  6. Jump Squats

* Hands and toes on the ground in a high plank position, keep both hands on the ground jump feet forward, knees towards chest, then jump feet back to start position. Repeat.

Continue through the whole circuit 6-10 times.

Simple, quick, no equipment, no excuses. Enjoy!
