This quick and easy Pickled Mushroom Salad is vegan, raw and super easy to make.
If you’re keen to add a protein to it, it would taste great with seafood or poached chicken, but we reckon it tastes pretty epic on it’s own.
You’ll find that most green grocers sell punnets of mixed mushrooms. Often you’ll find them in the fridge section of the supermarket.
The more I cook and experiment with the humble cauliflower the more I fall in love with it. This white, brainy looking flavour sponge just keeps on delivering the goods at Bondi Harvest.
