The Perfect Rainbow Bowl

It starts with a raw cauliflower rice that we dress with chimichurri, to this we then add our famous turmeric infused quinoa and some gorgeous wilted kale finished with a hit of tabasco.

We then top all of this off with pickled and fermented veg, some avocado and the perfect soft boiled egg

Crispy Salmon & Papaya Salad 

We made this epic salad with our mate Dani Stevens, with lime juice ginger and diced papaya its fresh healthy, simple and all around delicious. Topped it with the perfect crispy skin salmon to make it a meal

Raw Pickled Mushroom Salad

This quick and easy Pickled Mushroom Salad is vegan, raw and super easy to make.

If you’re keen to add a protein to it, it would taste great with seafood or poached chicken, but we reckon it tastes pretty epic on it’s own.

You’ll find that most green grocers sell punnets of mixed mushrooms. Often you’ll find them in the fridge section of the supermarket.
