Make the granola the night before and store in a sealed jar, so that you can easily whip up breakfast in less than 5 minutes. It will keep for up to 2 weeks, so make it in a big batch if you like and always have some on hand. Yeew!

We used stone fruits because they’re currently in season in Australia but any fruits would work. Mixed berries would be pretty epic!
