The best thing about this epic smoothie is that it will keep for a couple of days.  Make a big batch and store it  jars in the fridge. Grab one on your way out the door and throw back another when you get home from your surf! It makes an ideal on the go breakfast too. The good fats from the avo and chia seeds will keep you satiated until lunch. Yeew!
