How to make Blood Orange Marmalade; It’s so simple and once you’ve learnt the basics you can make it your own with different flavour combinations.
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 tbs camomile tea
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 1/2 cups caster sugar
Soak oranges overnight with the chamomile and water.
Drain and place into a saucepan along with vanilla bean, seeds and sugar. Cook over medium to low heat for about until oranges are soft and jammy. Cool.
If you like you can puree out the chunks or just pour into a jar to set.
